The Planning Department determines the quantity and classification of the material to be produced.
The order appears directly in a screen for the production department (pending production orders),
The request also appears on a screen for the stores management (pending exchange requests),
The stock exchange permission is automatically filled with production requirements based on the production mix needed to produce the required quantity.
After the stock is disbursed, the permission is issued from the pending exchange requests in the production department, and the stock balances are affected, and a daily entry is issued to prove the stock exchange.
A production receipt request under delivery appears in a special screen of the planning management system,
The Planning Department checks and receives the finished production and proves the actual receipt, which may differ from the required quantity.
The cost of production is distributed over the actual production quantity, taking into account the amount of waste.
